The following Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Proposed Rule was published in the Federal Register recently:

FAR Case 2023-003, Prohibition on the Use of Reverse Auctions for Complex, Specialized, or Substantial Design and Construction Services, published on August 29, 2024, is open for comment until October 28, 2024.
